The Pinspiration Project #18

Welcome back for the first week of The Pinspiration Project of 2013! We took a little haitus over the holidays, but we are back and ready to get our Pinterest on! Who's with me?
The rules are simple: link up your Pinterest inspired projects. Make sure you follow Amber & Sarah's blogs too, and grab a Pinspiration Project button to add to your post or sidebar.
If you want more info on The Pinspiration Project, go here.

Here's my "pin"-spiration:
This is supposedly an amazingly super concentrated DIY laundry detergent.

And here's my version:
Now, I haven't 100% ruled this out as a Pinterest fail, but feel free to make your own assumptions based on this picture. Look for an upcoming blog post about this one very soon!

Now it's your turn.

Link up your crafty creation below, whether it be a DIY project, a recipe, a beauty trick, a decorating idea, or even just a list of projects you hope to finish someday soon (don't we all).

Grab a button, be social, and check out the other link ups! It's a lot of fun and you can meet some really awesome people, follow some new blogs, and find some great projects all at the same time. Don't forget, every month one lucky person will also be voted as The Pinspiration Project Queen and will also win ad space on all three host's blogs!

Make sure to follow us on Twitter and use the hashtag #ThePinspirationProject to spread the Pinterest love.

If you do not us a button or link back to one of our blogs on your linked up post we will be forced to delete your link. Sorry guys...please follow the rules!

  1. I don't think your picture looks bad at all. I'm sure the people who post photos for Pinterest have done this several times before getting it to look perfect...plus you don't see the messy bowls and tools from when they made their stuff.

  2. I've pinned a lot of laundry detergent but have yet to attempt any. I do make my own fabric softener, Febreze, glass cleaner, granite cleaner - all from links found on pinterest - but haven't been able to make that leap to laundry detergent yet.

  3. As always, thanks for hosting! I've made some laundry detergent before, too, and my favorite one doesn't involve any grating or melting of bar soap! It's soooo easy. I'll have to post about it soon!

Hope your having an amazing week so far!

  4. I haven't made laundry detergent before. I'm getting more into the DIY with food stuff though. I made butter the other night. :) Definitely cool linkup. Can't wait to hear how well the detergent cleans.
