Oh my goodness. I can hardly believe how my little blog has grown in recent months!
I started blogging simply as a way to keep friends and family updated on our lives and as a little hobby for me. I love to write and I figured it would be a fun little thing to do on the side. I never imagined I'd have this many people reading my blog, so to all of my followers THANK YOU for supporting me and my blog! You guys are seriously awesome and I really love reading your comments and hearing what you, the readers, have to say too.
I consider myself a lifestyle blogger, because I do blog about my life, my husband, my kids, and everything that we do. But I also blog about crafty stuff, DIY related stuff, beauty, fashion, and I do reviews as well. I also host 2 linky parties called The Pinspiration Project and Things I {don't} Love Thursday. Each are weekly linkies, and I'd love it if you'd join us! Linky parties are a great way to get more traffic to your blog, gain new followers, and connect with other bloggers. I've met some great new friends by joining their linky parties regularly and from hopping around and finding new blogs that I love.
If you're new here, I've compiled a list of some of my blog posts you
might want to check out. Welcome, and I hope you decided to stick around
for a while!

I also offer advertising on my blog. However, I would like to state for
the record that I do not sell ad space on here as a way to just make
money. The few paid-for ad spaces that I do have are only "paid for"
because it takes up a lot of my time organizing sponsor giveaways, guest
posts, and whatnot. They are pretty low priced compared to some other
blogs that I've seen, but I will say that the main focus of my blog is
not to advertise your blog. Sorry...just have to get that out there. I am more than willing to do stuff for my sponsors and I love them all, but that is not the main focus of my blog.
However, I would be more than happy to advertise for your blog or shop
and help you get your name out there by placing your ad in my sidebar and working with you!
Check out my sponsor info here if you're interested in ad space.
You can use the little search box in the upper left hand corner of the page if you want to look for anything specific. Otherwise, I have an archives list on the left sidebar, and all of my key words I've tagged at the very very bottom of the page. Have a look around! And thanks for stopping by.

I love this post so much!
ReplyDeleteI actually really love the sponsor part! GO you dude I'm STILL working on cleaning mine up and OMG it's just... *sigh*.
I concur. I put that out there in my plans for 2013 post. It also takes an asston of time to track down people to do sponsor spotlights. Ick. I may or may not need to do one of these posts at some point. :/
DeleteI think a lot of bloggers focus way too much on sponsors and getting a certain number of followers (I believe that followers not the same as actual true readers). I admire you for not getting so involved in it.
ReplyDeleteI'm one of your new followers. I've been reading for about 2 weeks now. I think I'm going to link up tomorrow too!! :)
